Terms and Conditions

By requesting a quotation, signing a service agreement, or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services or website.

G.G. Global Enterprise provides painting, waterproofing, and related services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. The specific scope of services for each project is defined in a written quotation or agreement signed by both parties. We reserve the right to decline any project without obligation to provide a reason.

All quotations provided by G.G. Global Enterprise are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on information provided by the client and may be revised if the actual site conditions differ materially from those described. GST is applicable to all services as per prevailing rates under Indian tax law. Final invoices reflect actual quantities and any variations approved in writing during the project.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing: — 30–40% advance payment is due upon signing of the service agreement — 30–40% milestone payment is due at an agreed project milestone — Balance payment is due upon satisfactory project completion Delayed payments may attract interest at 18% per annum. The Company reserves the right to suspend work pending clearance of overdue amounts.

Project schedules are agreed in writing at the time of engagement. Timelines are subject to delays caused by: — Adverse weather conditions beyond reasonable forecasting — Delays in client-provided access or approvals — Discovery of pre-existing site conditions not disclosed during estimation — Force majeure events The Company will communicate any anticipated delays promptly and in writing.

The client is responsible for: — Providing safe, unobstructed access to all areas to be worked on at agreed times — Ensuring all fixtures, furnishings, and valuables not covered in scope are removed or protected — Obtaining all necessary permissions, approvals, or NOCs from building management, housing societies, or relevant authorities before work commences — Advising the Company of any known hazardous materials (asbestos, lead paint) on the premises

G.G. Global Enterprise provides a 2-year workmanship warranty on residential and commercial painting projects, covering defects in application quality including: — Peeling or delamination attributable to application failure — Uneven or patchy coverage not meeting agreed finish standards — Premature paint failure under normal use conditions The warranty does not cover damage caused by: — Structural movement, rising damp, or plumbing leaks — Intentional damage or misuse — Modifications by third parties after project handover — Products supplied by the client

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, the Company's total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project to which the claim relates. The Company is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of business revenue or profits.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, images, and branding, is the property of G.G. Global Enterprise and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or use any content without our prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
